Training Principles

Our training programmes are based on 30+ years proven ballet experience in producing exceptional dancers

Each class begins with theory and PBT, a proven method that enhances alignment, core stability, posture, turnout, control, and balance. These targeted exercises lead to rapid and noticeable improvements, helping students progress towards their personal best.

Students also benefit from a range of enrichment opportunities throughout the year, including Masterclasses with guest teachers, summer schools, workshops, and lectures. We’re proud to offer a Dance Health and Injury Prevention programme as part of our curriculum, helping dancers stay strong, informed, and resilient.
