Our holistic training goes far beyond technique, covering every aspect of a dancer’s development—including nutrition, anatomy, Benesh notation, intensive ballet training, pas de deux, physiotherapy, stage performance, and Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT).

Our Mission and Vision

A world where Classical Ballet evolves into a journey of personal excellence, refining the dancer as a whole.

We strive to produce artistic, holistically educated and outstanding dancers.

About Miss Julie

Julie is a passionate dance educator and former principal ballerina with over 30 years of professional experience. After relocating to Lincolnshire in 2019, she felt there was room to create more opportunities for dancers to access top-level ballet training, along side the region's existing schools. This inspired her to establish Dance Vision Ballet Company Associate Programme—offering talented young dancers the opportunity to pursue their passion.

Julie’s teaching journey began while living in the United States, where she discovered her passion for mentoring aspiring dancers. After returning to Germany, she founded Dance Vision Ballettschule, which quickly grew into a thriving school with over 300 students. She has worked across the UK, Europe, and Canada—where she lived, performed, taught Masterclasses, and shared her expertise at prestigious summer schools.

Certified in Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), Julie brings a modern, anatomically informed approach to classical training. Drawing on her extensive stage experience as a soloist and principal dancer across Great Britain and Germany, she combines technical precision with a deep understanding of how to inspire and motivate each student. Her commitment is to nurture individual potential and guide young dancers toward their personal best—with care, discipline, and insight that only a lifetime in dance can offer.

About Miss Trinity

Trinity has been involved with Dance Vision Ballet Company since its inception. She trained for nine years at the Joanne Haylock School of Dance, focusing primarily on ballet while also studying contemporary, commercial, street, hip hop, house, musical theatre, and jazz. She achieved RAD Grade 8 and Advanced 1 Ballet, performed with Chantry Dance Company, and competed at UTS and various dance festivals, qualifying for the European Championships at the SOAR Dance Competition.

As a Dance Vision associate, Trinity deepened her understanding of classical technique, Benesh Notation, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), anatomy, dancer mental health, and performance artistry. She participated in numerous masterclasses and concluded her time as a student with a lead role in Dance Vision’s debut ballet, The Captured Princess—an experience that further inspired her passion for nurturing the next generation of ballet dancers.

Academically, Trinity earned a First-Class Honours degree by the age of 18, completed the RAD CBTS programme, and is now a registered RAD teacher. She also holds qualifications in PBT instruction and a Master’s degree in the Psychodynamics of Human Development, equipping her to support both the physical and psychological aspects of dancers’ development. A classically trained pianist, she encourages musicality in her teaching. With nine years of experience teaching students of all ages and abilities, Trinity is committed to helping Dance Vision associates grow into technically strong, artistically expressive, and holistically educated individuals.

Customer Reviews

Hear from our satisfied dancers and their experiences with us.

Fantastic teacher with excellent experience. Friendly, and interactive, making every lesson unique. Motivational and inspirational. I was very lucky to be taught by Miss Julie. Her passion shines through in everything she does.

Julie has a lovely way with students, with just the right combination of expecting hard work but making it fun at the same time. I would thoroughly recommend her to any ballet teachers out there.

A ballet dancer is captured from behind, standing on pointe. She wears a black leotard with lace detailing on the back and a flowing white tulle skirt. Her hair is styled in a neat bun, and she is poised gracefully in a minimalist, light-filled space.
