Julie Anne Clarke
Ballet Instructor
About Me
As a ballet dance teacher with over 30 years’ experience, I use my finely honed practical,
motivational and technical expertise to support young dancers to be the best they can.
Having trained and performed as a Principal Ballerina, my real-world
skills allow me to really understand what works and what doesn’t, and which techniques
and practices work with which students.
In January 2020 the 'Dance Vision Ballet Company' was established. This is an associate program for all young potential dedicated students. We cover everything a dancer needs to know, including nutrition, anatomy, benesh notation, intensive ballet training, stage performance and PBT (Progressing ballet technique).
There is one scholarship given to the most potential & dedicated student each term. There are also guest teachers coming in to give masterclasses along with summer schools. Please scroll down to contact us about this opportunity!
I am also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) teacher for students of all ages, and
have extensive experience in running PBT workshops for students across Europe. This
technique produces rapid and startling improvements in alignment, stability, strength and
posture, turnout, control and balance, rapidly moving dancers forward when other training
has failed.
Some of my achievements include training Lynne Hutchinson, the GB rhythmic gymnastics
Gold medal winner, and Tara Morris, the winner of the Genée Dance Challenge 2014
judged by Darcey Bussell. I also trained and coached Elliott Hanna, the ‘Billy Elliot’ soloist.
I am available for individual tuition as well as for groups, and can organize and run intensive ballet, and PBT workshops to deliver fast results for you when and where you need.

ARAD AISTD
Trinity has been a part of the Dance Vision Ballet Company since its conception. As an associate
dancer, she learnt to use Benesh Notation and PBT, as well as gaining an understanding about
performing as part of a company. She has also attended masterclasses on dancer mental health and
performance qualities.
She trained at the Joanne Haylock School of Dance for 9 years, taking lessons mainly in ballet, but
also contemporary, commercial, street, hip hop, house, musical theatre and jazz. She achieved her
Grade 8 RAD ballet exam with distinction and the Advanced 1 RAD ballet exam with merit. She now
teaches at the school.
She has recently completed the RAD CBTS course and can’t wait to put her learning on the course
into practise.
Trinity has also danced with the Chantry Dance Company and has performed at UTS, dance festivals
and qualified for the European Championships at the SOAR Dance Competition.
Trinity aims to inspire the love for dance that she has in any students and hopes to help them fulfil
their potential as dancers and as individuals.

Testimonials
Fiona Henderson. Peebles, Scotland
Julie came to our school and delivered two amazing workshops. Our students absolutely
loved every minute of them and got so much from them. Julie has a lovely way with
students, with just the right combination of expecting hard work but making it fun at the
same time. I would thoroughly recommend her to any ballet teachers out there.
