Teaching ballet requires experience across many areas including assessment, technique, performance and motivation. You need to be able to use your own experience together with a wide range of tools, methods and training.

With over 30 years experience teaching ballet, I have learnt the best ways to achieve outstanding results.

I am now also a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) trainer for students and have extensive experience in running PBT workshops across Europe. This technique produces rapid and startling improvements in alignment, stability, strength and posture, turnout, control and balance, rapidly moving dancers forward when other training has failed.

PBT (progressing ballet technique) is an innovative program designed for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in all forms of ballet. It gives students better understanding of how to engage the correct muscles in order to dance safely and correctly. Before long you will see huge improvements in the students alignment, stability, strength and posture, turnout, control and balance.

My passion for developing and mentoring students drives me to deliver the best for them.
