What is PBT?

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in all forms of classical ballet.

How many students can take part at a time?

It is possible to have sixteen students in a class at one time. I have sixteen big PBT balls & sixteen smaller ones for more intensive work. Eg: juniors ( 8yrs-12yrs) in one class, seniors(13yrs-17yrs) in another & adults(18+) in another.

What can PBT help with?

PBT can give students a better understanding of how to engage the correct muscles in order to dance safely & correctly. Before long you will see huge improvements in the students alignment, stability, strength & posture, turnout, control & balance.

How many workshops will I need?

After your first workshop you will be able to begin to use the exercises in your daily ballet classes.

What do I need to provide or do for the workshop?
-
I shall bring all the PBT equipment with me, ie PBT balls (big & small) music, speakers. They would just need a mat or a big bath towel will do for some of the exercises.

Can you deliver anywhere in Europe?

Yes, I am willing to travel anywhere in Europe. I teach regularly in Malta, Germany & GB.
