  • What is PBT?

    • Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in all forms of classical ballet.

  • How many students can take part at a time?

    • It is possible to have sixteen students in a class at one time. I have sixteen big PBT balls & sixteen smaller ones for more intensive work. Eg: juniors ( 8yrs-12yrs) in one class, seniors(13yrs-17yrs) in another & adults(18+) in another.

  • What can PBT help with?

    • PBT can give students a better understanding of how to engage the correct muscles in order to dance safely & correctly. Before long you will see huge improvements in the students alignment, stability, strength & posture, turnout, control & balance.

  • How many workshops will I need?

    • After your first workshop you will be able to begin to use the exercises in your daily ballet classes.

  • What do I need to provide or do for the workshop?

    • I shall bring all the PBT equipment with me, ie PBT balls (big & small) music, speakers. They would just need a mat or a big bath towel will do for some of the exercises.

  • Can you deliver anywhere in Europe?

    • Yes, I am willing to travel anywhere in Europe. I teach regularly in Malta, Germany & GB.
